The stay was great. The staff are very friendly and polite and supportive whenever you need help, the rooms are clean and cozy. The facilities are nice, and I made good use of the gym. The breakfast is very complete, and there is always tea, milk, cereal, and coffee available for guests. I recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.
Great location outside of PVD. Exit the rental car joint and take a right and you’re there. Rooms were clean and nice, but typical Fairfield. Nothing fancy but got the job done. Not very well lit around the area is my only complaint. Would stay again
I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The location right next to the airport was very convenient, especially after a long flight. Highly recommend!
This hotel experience was warm, considerate and comfortable. The team has been friendly and supportive especially the front team like Victoria that went over and beyond to help make our stay satisfying. I recommend trying here if you’re in town
Management is unprofessional.. Stayed with the hotel 7x times never charged me for parking recently stayed i was charged so i called to see what the charges was for. I explained that I stayed 7x with them never charged me ! why today? they stated it in the booking email which is okay so i said it been 7stays you don’t think it’s a lil inconvenient for you to charge now she lost it on me threatening to go back to all my stays and charge me for parking so i said sorry i called about my.concerns about the charge.. as a manager I would have said sorry about that ill take care of it myself but future stays you will get charged for parking, then notify my staff on charging the customer for parking time of check in…. Correct me if I’m wrong
I don’t understand or agree with all the negative comments and one star ratings. This place is fine. The room was clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I liked it and I would stay here again.
A gentleman in a sports jacket mid fifties was an employee of this establishment. He stopped what he was doing and helped an older woman make a waffle. Explaining the process and was genuinely excited to aid her in fixing breakfast. You could say he’s just doing his job what’s the big deal? This guy wasn’t a chef. He looked to be of management level and had this Disney world service approach that in 2025 is almost non existent. Job well done!
I had a super nights rest at that Fairfield. Honestly, that’s the nicest Fairfield I’ve seen in a while. Made me wish I was spending more than one night. My room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff checking in and out were quite competent, professional and kind. The breakfast was the typical continental. I had some space eggs and bacon. The only part of the hotel that really didn’t live up to the rest was the hallways, I thought my room would be a little rough due to the hallway being little old and dated, but nope, those rooms are fully up to par.
